AndersBrowne prides itself in offering an expertly packaged delivery service, within the UK and internationally, to ensure your unboxing experience is second to none.

UK Delivery 
Free UK delivery: Up to 50 miles from Beverley, HU17. Contact us for prices outside this zone. 
Most couriers charge a baseline £50, regardless of distance.

Average London delivery. £65 - £85

Please note that assistance may be required to unload.

Delivery is doorstep only, couriers are generally not insured to carry items up stairs.  Please do contact us in advance if you have any access requirements so we can check this with couriers. 

Prices are subject to change due to fuel prices fluctuating. Where we can find a cheaper alternative, we will do.

International Delivery

When Will My Order be Ready for Delivery?   
Small to Medium Items:
Usually dispatched within 5 working days. If any unforeseen repair or restoration work is required prior to dispatch, we will contact the buyer to advise of any potential delays. 
Large Items:
Usually dispatched within 2-3 weeks. Where shipped internationally, large and heavyweight items are packed in wooden crates are dispatched in 3 weeks to allow for crate order and packing.. If any unforeseen repair or restoration work is required prior to dispatch, we will contact the buyer to advise of any potential delays.

Will I Need to Pay Customs Duties? 
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. We recommend that buyers research local customs rules and duties prior to order.

Can I Return or Exchange an Item? 
We accept returns or exchanges with the following conditions. Buyers need to:
Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Send items back within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions of Return 
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A charge may be applied for packaging if the original packaging cannot be easily re-used.

If returning an item from abroad: Clearly state 'RETURNED GOODS, NO TAX TO PAY' on the outer parcel. If you have not done this and UK customs charge tax you will have this taken off your full refund amount. To return your product, we will send you the return address directly.

Can I Cancel an Order? 
We do not accept cancellations except by mutual agreement. Contact us if you have problems with your order.
